How We Recoat Lift Doors
Our trained teams are experienced in operating electrostatic spraying equipment which reduces overspray and VOC’s. They will prepare the lift door prior to spraying and if necessary strip the existing hand painted coats. The surrounding areas will be masked to guard against overspray and the lift doors will be prepared ready to receive our hard wearing two part non-isocynate acrylic finish. Preparation will involve keying the surface, so that the subsequent primers and top coats adhere properly.
We offer all RAL and BS colours, so our lift door spraying service can be used to change colours or to freshen up the existing finish. Lift doors can be sprayed during night shifts or weekends to avoid disruption to commercial and retail properties and there will be no extra charge for this out of hours work. Once the lift doors have been sprayed the area will be de-masked and tided and the lift should be ready for operation the following day.
