Vanda Coatings Anti Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement
This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps the Company has taken to try and eliminate slavery and human-trafficking from our supply chains and any other part of the business.
The Company controls branches across the UK. We have an Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy, which sets out our zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and our commitment to acting ethically in our business dealings and relationships.
We take reasonable and practical steps, including on-site inspections, audits and contractual obligations to ensure that our standards are being implemented throughout the businesses of our suppliers and that local legislation and regulations are complied with. We will assess any instances of non-compliance on a case by case basis and will then tailor remedial action appropriately. We will only trade with those who comply with our policy or those who are taking verifiable steps towards compliance.
This statement has been approved by our Directors, who will continue to review and update its policies and processes in an effort to ensure we achieve the highest standards in our supply chain, as expected by our customers and the companies with which we work.
